A political group under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State, known as Haɗin Kan Jam’iyyar APC ‘Yan Dangole, has declared its support for Dr. Asiya Abdullahi Umar Ganduje as Deputy Governor of the state.
The group described Dr. Asiya Ganduje as a community-oriented leader who has consistently contributed to the development of society, particularly through initiatives targeted at empowering young people.
According to the group, she has demonstrated competence and dedication in the political space, while also creating opportunities for youths and women in areas such as education, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.

They further noted that her compassion and visionary approach to leadership have positioned her as a strong advocate for improving the welfare of the people, especially in encouraging greater participation of women in politics and economic activities.
The group also commended her for her loyalty to party ideals and her ability to foster unity, describing her as a role model for women and youths.
It added that her emergence as Deputy Governor would promote development, unity, and prosperity across Kano State.
