TRN Hails Yari’s Appointment as APC 2027 Campaign DG, Backs Tinubu’s Re-Election

The Renewed Hope Network (TRN) has congratulated its founder, Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar, on his appointment as the Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) 2027 Presidential Campaign Council.

The group also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Yari, expressing confidence in his ability to lead the campaign and mobilise support for the Tinubu-Shettima ticket ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a statement issued on Saturday, TRN described Yari’s appointment as well deserved, saying the former Zamfara State Governor possesses the political experience and leadership capacity required to lead the APC campaign to victory.

The network expressed appreciation to President Tinubu for reposing confidence in Yari, noting that the former governor had demonstrated his leadership capabilities on several occasions.

“As a network committed to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election and the success of the APC across the country, we are confident that Senator Abdulaziz Yari will provide the party the desired leadership to achieve success at various elective positions across the country,” the statement said.

TRN said Yari’s appointment signalled the determination of the APC leadership and President Tinubu to secure victory for the party in the 2027 general elections.

The network described Yari as a political leader with the capacity to unite stakeholders, build consensus and bring different interests together in pursuit of a common objective.

It said his emergence as Campaign Council Director-General had given party members across the country renewed confidence ahead of the 2027 elections.

The group therefore urged APC members and supporters to rally behind Yari and work collectively towards securing victory for the party at the presidential, governorship, National Assembly and State Assembly levels in 2027.

TRN reiterated its commitment to supporting President Tinubu’s re-election and the overall success of the APC in the forthcoming elections.
