Ganduje pays condolence, sick visits across Kano

Former Kano State Governor and immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, CON, has undertaken a series of condolence and sick visits across Kano State to sympathise with bereaved families, visit the sick and identify with party members, associates and residents during their moments of grief and illness.

The visits formed part of Dr. Ganduje’s continued tradition of identifying with families and individuals during moments of grief, illness and other personal challenges.

Accompanying Dr. Ganduje on the visits were elder APC stalwart, Alhaji Nasiru Aliko Koki, former commissioners, former advisers and other loyal supporters, who joined him in extending condolences to bereaved families and offering prayers for the sick.

During the tour, Dr. Ganduje paid a condolence visit to Honourable Sale Marke, member representing Dawakin Tofa Constituency in the Kano State House of Assembly, following the death of his elder sister at Farawa.

He also paid a sick visit to Hon. Tasi’u Yellow Fanisau also in Farawa, where he prayed for his speedy recovery.

The former governor equally paid a condolence visit to the family of former Kano State Commissioner, Mahmud Baffa Yola, in Gyadi-Gyadi over a recent bereavement.

He further visited the family of the late Alhaji Bello Farouq in Dorayi; the family of the late mother of Alhaji Aminu Sani Kaulaha at Bakin Ruwa; the family of the late Alhaji Mutari Hashim Sanka in Sanka, Dala Local Government Area; and the family of the late Alhaji Yusuf Tunde in Gwammaja, also in Dala Local Government Area, to offer his condolences.

At each of the visits, prayers were offered for the repose of the souls of the deceased, with Dr. Ganduje praying to Almighty Allah to forgive their shortcomings, grant them Aljannatul Firdaus, and bless their families with the strength and patience to bear the irreparable loss.

He also prayed for the speedy recovery of the sick, asking Almighty Allah to restore him to full health.
