Mariya Bunkure Hosts Garki Market Leaders as Traders Back Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda

The leadership of the Garki Model Market Association has declared its support for the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, praising the administration’s policies and their perceived impact on residents of the Federal Capital Territory.

The association’s leadership, led by its Chairman, Alhaji Bala Mohammed Garba, made the declaration during a solidarity visit to the Minister of State for the FCT, Dr. Mariya Mahmoud Bunkure.

The delegation conveyed its appreciation for what it described as the President’s people-oriented leadership and the positive impact of his administration’s policies on the livelihoods of FCT residents.

Receiving the delegation, Mahmoud expressed appreciation to the leadership and members of the association for the show of solidarity and confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The minister said the support demonstrated the importance of collaboration between government and citizens in achieving meaningful development.

According to her, the FCT Administration remains committed to supporting initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of residents, strengthening livelihoods and promoting an inclusive and prosperous Federal Capital Territory.

She said sustained engagement between the government, traders, business owners and other stakeholders remained essential to addressing the needs of residents and improving economic opportunities across the nation’s capital.

The minister further assured the delegation of the administration’s commitment to policies and programmes that would improve the living conditions and economic well-being of FCT residents.
