FAAN Deploys Firefighters as Fire Hits Lagos Airport Terminal 2
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has confirmed a fire incident at Terminal 2 of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
FAAN, in a statement issued on Sunday via its official X handle, said its Aerodrome Rescue and Firefighting Service (ARFFS) was responding to the incident and working to contain the situation.
The authority assured the public that no casualty or loss of life had been recorded as a result of the incident.

“FAAN wishes to inform the public that a fire incident has occurred at Terminal 2 of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
“The FAAN Aerodrome Rescue and Firefighting Service (ARFFS) is currently responding to the incident and working diligently to contain the situation.
“There have been no reported casualties or loss of life,” the statement read.
