Fire Service Spokesperson Saminu Abdullahi Dies in Kano

The Kano State Fire Service has announced the death of its spokesperson, Chief Fire Officer (CFO) Saminu Yusuf Abdullahi, who was laid to rest in Kano on Wednesday.

His funeral prayer was held at about 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

The Fire Service said Abdullahi made significant contributions to public communication on fire prevention, emergency response and the protection of lives and property.
