Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa, member representing Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency of Kano State, has met with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a closed-door session at the State House, Abuja.
The meeting, held on Sunday night, lasted nearly two hours, marking the second private discussion between the lawmaker and the President in less than two weeks.

While Jibrin declined to disclose details of the talks, sources familiar with the meeting suggested it may be linked to the relationship between former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and President Tinubu, as well as growing anti-APC sentiments in parts of northern Nigeria.
During his previous visit ten days earlier, Jibrin had told State House correspondents that he discussed “issues of national development” with the President.
