The family of a member of the Kano State House of Assembly representing Kano Municipal Constituency, Hon. Sarki Aliyu Daneji, has announced that his burial will take place on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Kofar Kudu in Kano.
Hon. Daneji passed away on Wednesday, barely one hour after the death of another serving lawmaker, Hon. Aminu Sa’adu Ungoggo, who represented Ungoggo Constituency, marking a tragic and sombre day for the Kano State Assembly.

His death has further deepened the atmosphere of mourning within the Assembly, as lawmakers, political leaders, and residents of Kano State continue to grapple with the loss of two serving members within a short period.
