A Kano State High Court upheld Dungurawa’s suspension, barring him from acting in that capacity pending the determination of the suit. However, the NNPP national secretariat dismissed the leadership change as invalid and proceeded to dissolve the party’s ward, local government, and state executive committees indefinitely.
