Doguwa Resigns Commissioner Role, Clinches Kano APC Chairmanship

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has elected new state executive members to pilot the affairs of the party in Kano State.

The election, held on Tuesday night, produced Hon. Umar Haruna Doguwa as the new State Chairman. Doguwa recently resigned from his position as Commissioner for Water Resources in Kano State to contest for the party’s top seat.

Other key officials elected include Hon. Salisu Maje Ahmad Gwangwazo as Vice Chairman, Prof. Yusuf Muhammad Sabo Bichi as State Secretary, and Hajiya Fatima Abdullahi Dala as State Woman Leader.
