The Director of Training and Programmes at the The Progressive Institute (TPI) and former Kano State Commissioner for Education, Muhammad Sanusi Sa’id Kiru, FCIA, has extended his heartfelt felicitations to Muslim faithful in Nigeria and across the globe on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr.
In a statement marking the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan, Hon. Kiru described the period as a season of profound spiritual reflection, sacrifice, and renewed commitment to the core tenets of Islam. He noted that Ramadan imparts invaluable lessons in piety, patience, compassion, and self-discipline, urging the Ummah to sustain these virtues in their daily lives beyond the fasting period.
Emphasising the need for national stability, Hon. Kiru stressed that unity, peaceful coexistence, and mutual respect among Nigerians, regardless of religious or ethnic differences, remain fundamental to the country’s development. He further called on citizens to extend acts of kindness to the less privileged, noting that compassion and generosity are the bedrock of a just and inclusive society.
In his message of felicitation, Hon. Kiru extended congratulations to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, and the National Chairman of the APC, Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda. He also conveyed special greetings to the immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Chairperson of the Board of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, as well as the National Secretary of the APC and the newly inaugurated party leadership in Kano State.

He further felicitated with distinguished Senators, Members of the House of Representatives, and members of the State Houses of Assembly, while also recognising the contributions of Local Government Chairmen, councillors, and advisers for their commitment to grassroots development.
Hon. Kiru also acknowledged the steadfastness of the people of Kiru and Bebeji Local Government Areas, party elders, and members across the country. He urged religious leaders and the general public to continue praying for peace, progress, and prosperity in Nigeria, noting that collective efforts remain vital to strengthening national cohesion.
Concluding his message, Hon. Kiru congratulated Muslim faithful on the successful completion of Ramadan and prayed for the acceptance of their acts of worship, as well as Allah’s continued guidance over the nation.
“Eid Mubarak to all. May Allah accept our ibadah and grant us enduring peace, unity, and prosperity,” he stated.
