
The RISE A+ AROMAS Free Scholarship Training Programme, a youth-focused initiative aimed at promoting skills development, entrepreneurship and economic self-reliance, is scheduled to commence on February 28, 2026.
The programme is sponsored by the Chairperson of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, OFR, who is widely recognised for his commitment to human capital development and youth empowerment.
Designed as a free and structured online training programme, the initiative is expected to equip youths, students and aspiring entrepreneurs with practical skills in Digital Marketing, Handcraft Skills and Product Packaging, with the objective of fostering sustainable livelihoods and self-employment.

Speaking on the initiative, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of A+ AROMAS Nigeria Limited and the visionary behind the RISE A+ AROMAS Foundation, Abubakar Sidi Akibu, described the programme as a people-centred intervention aimed at expanding opportunities and making meaningful investments in the future of young Nigerians.
According to him, the training will be conducted virtually through a dedicated Telegram learning platform, where registered participants will receive official updates and access to learning materials ahead of the commencement date.
Akibu encouraged interested participants to apply promptly, stressing that only duly registered applicants would be enrolled and granted access to the online training.
