Major General Jibril noted that the decision was necessitated by the overwhelming number of applications received so far, stressing that the temporary shutdown would help ensure the recruitment process remains smooth, transparent, and merit based.

The board reaffirmed its commitment to conducting a fair and efficient selection process and urged applicants to remain patient while the necessary improvements are made to the portal.
